We primarily provide industrial pipe, industrial tube fittings and industrial flange
A pipe fitting is used in pipe plumbing systems to connect straight pipe or tubing sections, to adapt to different sizes or shapes, and for other purposes, such as regulating or measuring fluid flow. The term plumbing is generally used to describe conveyance of water, gas, or liquid waste in ordinary domestic or commercial environments, whereas piping is often used to describe high-performance (e.g. high pressure, high flow, high temperature, hazardous materials) conveyance of fluids in specialized applications. The term tubing is sometimes used for lighter-weight piping, especially types that are flexible enough to be supplied in coiled form. Fittings (especially uncommon types) require money, time, materials, and tools to install, so they are a non-trivial part ofpiping and plumbing systems.[1] Valves are technically fittings, but are usually discussed separately. We primarily provide industrial pipe, industrial tube fittings and industrial flange. Our products are strong and sturdy, highly resistant to corrosion. They are used in a wide range of industries and applications, like electric power, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, boiler, heating, shipbuilding, etc.Due to their high quality and low price, our industrial pipes, flanges, and carbon steel pipe fittng, are exported to Poland,Italy,India,Thailand,Korea,Brazil,Spain,Middle East and South America, and so on.
Slip-On flanges are commonly lower in price than weld-neck flanges
Hebei shengtian is a dynamic company in a dynamic world. With approximately 1,000 employees in our 25 manufacturing plants, we strive to keep our team Hebei shengtian members, customers and vendors informed of all happenings at the company. Our news articles below keep you current on some of the exciting things happening at Hebei shengtian.
Slip-On flanges are commonly lower in price than weld-neck flanges, and to this effect are a popular choice for our customers. However, customers should bear in mind that this initial cost saving may be diminished by the additional cost of the two fillet welds required for proper installation. Moreover, weld-neck flanges have a higher life expentancy than slip-on flanges under duress. The slip-on flange is positioned so the inserted end of the pipe or fitting is set short of the flange face by the thickness of the pipe wall plus 1/8 of an inch, which thus allows for a fillet weld inside the SO flange equal without doing any damage to the flange face. The back or outside of the slip-on flange is also welded with a fillet weld. We have a staff of 298,including 80 professional technicians, and our company covers an area of 160,000 square meters. In order to provide high quality, economically priced industrial tubes, carbon steel pipe fitting, and industrial pipe fitting,we have purchased testing equipment which is used for chemical analysis, water pressure testing,X-ray inspection, ultrasonic testing, eddy current inspection, tension testing, chemicaltesting, etc. We are also ISO9001:2000 approved

Galvanized Seamless Pipe
Galvanized seamless pipe is divided into cold-plated steel seamless pipe and hot dip seamless pipe.
Hot dip seamless pipe
The Redu seamless pipe is to make the molten metal and iron substrate reaction, the alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating combination of both. Hot-dip galvanizing is the first steel pickling, in order to remove the steel pipe surface of iron oxide, pickling, aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank cleaning, and then send into the hot dip tank. Hot dip galvanized coating uniformity, strong adhesion, and long life.

Cold-plated seamless pipe
Cold galvanized, electro-galvanized, galvanized the amount of small, only 10-50g/m2 of its own resistance to corrosion than hot dip galvanized pipe a lot of difference. Regular galvanized pipe manufacturers, in order to ensure the quality, most do not use electro-galvanized (cold-plated). Only those small-scale, outdated equipment and small businesses with electric galvanized, of course, their prices are relatively cheap. The Ministry of Construction has formally below, cold galvanized pipe to eliminate backward technology, the future not be allowed to cold galvanized pipe for water, gas pipes.

Galvanized seamless mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of steel is to ensure that an important indicator of the steel end-use properties (mechanical properties), it depends on the chemical composition and heat treatment of steel. Steel standards, according to different requirements, the provisions of the tensile properties (tensile strength, yield strength or yield point elongation) and hardness, toughness, user requirements, high and low temperature performance.Hebei shengtian pipe-fitting group Co., ltd is specialized in manufacturing and Seamless Steel Pipes and carbon steel pipe fitting.
